Safety is built into how we work. Exion holds bizSAFE Star and is certified to ISO 45001:2018 across our workshop and field activities.
We also hold the Progressive Wage Mark, recognising our commitment to progressive wages for lower-wage workers.
Hands-On in Our Community
The same teams that support our customers also give their time to the community. We volunteer with community partners across Singapore, supporting seniors and local outreach programmes.

Sustainability Independently Assessed
We work to reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational performance. Our ESG performance has been independently assessed through Synesgy by CRIF Ratings, where Exion received a B rating for ESG compliance.
Our services also extend the life of critical equipment. Repairing valves, overhauling pumps and recalibrating instruments helps keep equipment in service for longer instead of replacing it unnecessarily.
